Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Leading projects end to end on both internal and external (customer-facing)
Delegating, managing and developing team members effectively
Implementing predefined and identified support strategies ensuring alignment between all business systems, marketing strategies and back office environments.
Managing the project from the kick-off meeting to the eventual completion of the project.
Managing budget, deliverables, deadlines, schedule and scope of the project, as well as the risks, issues and reporting requirements.
Vendor Management and ensuring all deliver contractual agreements are met and aligned to.
Project Management of improvement initiatives and strategic implementations
Process Analysis & Redesign
Management of Cross-Functional Teams
PMBOK and Prince 2 Skills
Change Control Management
Budgeting & Planning
Cost & Resource Estimates
IT Governance Frameworks (ITIL, CoBit)
Telecoms and Warehousing Applications – Eppix, Massix, Wholesale Billing, Trade Management System, Order Management System
Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
Desired Experience & Qualification:
A minimum of 5 years Project Management experience
PMP or Prince certification is preferable
Managing Software Development projects end to end
Telco Industry experience desirable
Academic qualification in Engineering or Software related preferred
