Job Title: Installations Manager

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Coordination and management of contractors along with installations technicians in ensuring all appointments scheduled are met
– Successful implementation of all scheduled last mile installations
– Contractor stock management
– Managing contractor team capacity
– Managing contractor communications
– Ensure that contractors and installation technicians carry out duties as assigned to them
– Oversee the performance of installations schedulers and installation technicians to ensure that their KPI’s are met
– Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to resolve strategic challenges when installations are unsuccessful
– Daily reporting to relevant executives
– Ensuring that all systems are up to date and checked daily to avoid duplication of entries
– Weekly project planning and alignment between installations coordination and installations scheduling
– Daily and weekly reporting on staff and contractor performance
– Time management of staff and contractors to obtain the greatest output
Desired Experience & Qualification
– Literate and numerate
– 2 years’ experience in coordinating technical IT installations preferable
– Excellent client relationship management skills
– Ability to work on multiple cloud-based systems
– Staff, contractor and team management experience preferable
– Previous Fibre experience will be advantageous
