Job Title: Head of Sales (IT) – Security Technology
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing sales team to ensure sales personnel reach sales targets as well as generating sales through sourcing new clients and maintaining existing client relationships.
Identify and develop strategic opportunities for the business with a view of diversifying the consumer base and gaining an additional share of the market.
Provide short and long-term strategic recommendations to Exco, that are meant to develop and capitalise business opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with the Sales and Marketing team to develop new business opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships.
Oversee the planning and implementation of account plans for the penetration of new markets and new business initiatives.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
5+ Years Sales Management experience – selling IT / Telecoms Solutions to large retail / telecom groups.
Must have a proven track record and established relationships.
