Job Title: Sales Manager – Africa (Data Centre Services)
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager position principally is responsible for generating new sales and growing the company’s market share within the key segments.
Responsible for prospecting, client acquisition, and retention and client relationship management.
Develop relationships with potential clients and enhance existing relationships.
Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through to contract signature and service delivery.
Monitor and update the OADC Sales Pipeline report.
Deliver pipeline progress updates at the weekly Sales Pipeline call.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Bachelors Degree Business/IT/Technical.
7 Years of related work experience within the Africa market segments and industry – Telecoms/IT/Data Centre Services.
Solution-base selling experience.
Data centre solutions experience preferred.
Networking – build and sustain an active network client contacts.
Drive for Results – strong will to compete and win and achieve in business.
