Job Title: Procurement Administrator (IT / Telecoms experience)
Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide technical procurement support in the procurement of goods and services for the company.
Ensure that the POs are processed with the right technical specifications, matching the projects and client requirements.
Ensure that POs terminations are done in an accurate manner.
Support in supplier prequalification, onboarding, and supplier performance reviews.
Liaise with the Stock Controller to ensure adequate stock levels.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Purchasing.
Minimum of 4 years Procurement Administrator experience in purchasing and supplies management in IT / telecoms industry.
Purchasing knowledge of telecommunication systems including OTN, SDH, Fibre and Data (Ethernet, IP/MPLS).
Purchasing knowledge of facility lease agreements and colocation.
